Some of our favorite farmers we've ever worked with are Joel and Marta Coca, of Coco Farms in Kula. On their 11 acre organic farm they grow almost all of the kale we use at Choice, which is no small feat!! Joel also supplies Choice with mixed greens, cilantro, green papaya, and green onions. For 10 years we have worked together and we are so grateful for all of their hard work and delicious produce! You can find them at the Upcountry Farmers Market every Saturday morning where their booth is always stocked with seasonal delights.

KULAMANU FARMS

Anne Carter runs a certified organic farm in the foothills of Haleakala that has been in her family for four generations. Kulamanu Farms provides Choice with the most amazing avocados and we would be lost without them! Anne is a passionate conservationist, and with fully organic practices she hopes to protect the integrity of the soil so it can feed her family for generations to come! She and her daughter are also acai bowl enthusiasts, and we love seeing them regularly in our Paia shop.

KUMU FARMS
LOCATION: UPCOUNTRY MAUI, HAWAI'I
Kumu Farms was established in 1980 on Molokai as a small family farm, and now operates on nearly 250 acres on Maui and Molokai. They grow Certified Organic and non-GMO produce for Choice, especially papaya, parsley and peppers! Their farm store at the Maui Tropical Plantation is a great pit stop for local goodies and a variety of fresh produce such as lettuce, kale, carrots, bananas, fennel and a variety of culinary herbs.
