We love collaborating with our community! We ask that you please review the following information prior to submitting your request.

Choice Health Bar is deeply committed to supporting the health of our community and the planet. We believe that working together is the best way to accomplish positive change. In order to most effectively collaborate with events, campaigns and projects we ask that requests be submitted no less than 14 days in advance (preferably 30) of event or date of sponsorship need. 

CHOICE PROVIDES IN KIND SUPPORT TO MISSION ALIGNED CAUSES, INCLUDING:

• Maui-based environmental groups

• Zero-waste and landfill diversion efforts

• Food sovereignty and sustainability campaigns

• Health and wellness causes

• Not-for-profit animal welfare organizations

• Teacher appreciation events

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIPS OR DONATIONS TO:

• Kids activity groups, unless directly related to mission aligned causes listed above

• Religious or Church-related groups

• Most silent auctions

• Any event hosted on a golf course
